Elks Hosts Talk on Histroy of Vietnam War

Leechburg Elks Lodge 377 recently hosted a program on "The History Of the Vietnam War" in The Lodge Ballroom to benefit the Kiski Valley Military Veterans Association Memorial honoring the fallen servicemen of the A-K Valley . The three speakers who presented the program were; Major Anthony Shea of the United States Air Force, Lt. Col. (retired U.S. Army) Gary Keefer, and William Carro ll, local historian and former principal of Leechburg Area High School. Light Refreshments were provided . . Several local dignitaries attended including Leechburg’s Mayor, Chuck Pascal, County Commissioner, Rich Fink, and County Commissioner Jim Scahill.
