The election in 2009 for Magisterial District Judge of District Court 33-3-03 has hit the Internet. I know of only two candidates thus far, and those are the ones who have embraced the use of the internet.

Both hold high positions in the community. Dan Clark is Chief of Police in Gilpin Township, and David Houge is Warden of the Armstrong County Jail.
